A Little History | Last Year's Celebrities | Who's Playing This Year?

Michael Gregory

Having appeared in over 300 films, TV shows and commercials, Michael is still best remembered as the first Dr. Rick Webber of ABC’s General Hospital. He has bounced from one side of the badge to the other playing “heavies” or law enforcement personnel in films such as Nightbreaker, Robocop, Black Angels, The Glass Shield, Total Recall, and Eraser. You can see him in the soon-to-be-released Fangs, Outlaws, and Case 43. When visiting Universal Studios in Orlando, you can see him as part of the permanent exhibition in the new Jurassic Park. If you listen carefully when your kids are watching cartoons, you might catch him playing one of the many bad guys.

An avid participant in charity fundraisers, he has bicycled, motorcycles, ridden horseback, judges state and local Miss Universe pageants, bowled, golfed, skied, shot handguns and shotguns, ran, auctioned items and died as a comedian to help raise money for worthy causes.

Michael has played in the Lone Star Classic and contributed auction items since 1994, but worries that his golf game has gotten steadily worse over the years. According to Michael, “Golfers with the Lone Star Classic must really like me, because it ain’t my game that gets me invited back."
